Purchase a bag of grocery which is nutritionally balanced and most suitable for your body.
Note: The price cannot be negative, the best you can get is a free item.
You cannot complete a purchase if you do not have enough money. Choose a cheaper item or make a G-move without buying.
If you travel (G-move) to a particular store (G-room) to purchase the item which is sold out (i.e. the matching G-card has already been acquired by another G-player or yourself), you can purchase an equivalent item (i.e. another G-card with matching G-shape but different G-color) as substitute, for the same price, if one is available.
The game is over when one of the G-players acquire a full bag of grocery (see Object of the Game).
You compute your score as follows:
The G-player with the highest score wins.
Note: The winner may not necessarily be the one (who calls the game to an end) with his full bag of grocery (complete set of G-cards). Multiple winners are also possible.
e.g. If your G-pawn is Green and you have the following 7 G-cards: G-circle, G-square, Y-diamond, B-star, B-heart, B-diamond, R-square then your qualifying set will be:
G-circle, G-square, Y-diamond, B-star, B-heart and your score for 5 unique G-shapes = 50 less 2 deviant colors (Y and B) = 10 ---- your final score = 40
If you hog all 6 of the same grocery item (G-shape), you prevent your opponents from acquiring the complete set and thus increase your chance of higher score.
One way of achieving this goal is by going back to the same location to ask for substitutes.
To prevent anybody from hogging as in Hint (#), impose a rule stating that no one can own more than one identical G-shape. However, in so doing, if you did not acquire the proper G-color for a G-card, you are still stuck with it in your final qualifying set.
